Hi. I’m Matt Holland, Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer & owner of Lancashire based fitness company Matt Holland Fitness. I am 47 years old and have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
In 2007 I moved back to the UK after living in New York for 11 years. One of the major factors in me moving home was that I decided it was time for me to change the unhealthy lifestyle of fast food & alcohol that I had become accustomed to in the USA. I started exercising 3-4 times a week and also completely overhauled my diet.
I decided that I wanted to help other people achieve similar goals. It is my personal goal to help as many people as possible, of all ages, with all different weight issues, ailments, injuries & requirements to pursue & achieve their health and fitness goals.

- Sports & Deep Tissue Massage
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Occupational Injury Massage (Treatment of work based ailments eg back/shoulders aching from desk or driving based work)
- 1-1 or group Personal Training (Studio based)
- Strength & Conditioning
I am a fully qualified Level 4 VTCT Sports and Deep Tissue Therapist. I am also qualified as a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer. Other qualifications include Circuit Training, Strength & Conditioning, Core Stability/Core Strength, Myofascial Release and Posture Alignment.
I am fully insured and First Aid certified.

Studio Based Personal Training is availabe from our Chorley based studio. We also provide Home Based Personal Training from the comfort of your own home.
